I was ready to place my order, but the checkout process got confusing enough that I just gave up and closed the page. I wasn’t sure if I’d get a confirmation email or receipt, and I didn’t want to risk submitting the order twice or missing something important...

I ordered from haodirect.co.uk and ended up needing to return one item because it just wasn’t quite right for me.

Starting the return was straightforward, but after that the updates felt a bit slow. I did have to chase once to find out what was going on, and it kind of made me feel like just another ticket number rather than an actual customer waiting for an answer.

The refund came through in the end, so I can’t say there was a major problem. I just think the returns process could be faster and a bit clearer with communication.

I had an issue with my order and felt a bit ignored while waiting for replies. It took longer than I expected to hear back, which was frustrating. To be fair, they did sort it out in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but they really could do better with updates and communication

I’m not trying to be difficult, but I emailed support twice and never got any response. I gave it some time and checked my inbox, but nothing came through. It’s frustrating when you’re just trying to get help and no one even acknowledges the message.

It took me a bit longer than I thought it would to put together, but it wasn’t too bad overall. The instructions were okay, though a few parts could’ve been explained more clearly. I had to pause and figure things out a couple times, but I literally got there in the end.

The product photos looked different from what actually arrived. The colours were a bit off and some of the details didn’t match, so I felt misled. I was already mentally drained and didn’t really have the energy to deal with a disappointment like this.

I’ve ordered from haodirect.co.uk before and I’m sure the packaging used to be better, but this time the box arrived in a right state. The corners were crushed, the tape was coming loose, and there was even a hole in one side.

The item inside wasn’t much better protected either. It was just rattling around with barely any padding, which made it feel like not much care had gone into packing it.

I know parcels can get knocked about in delivery, but this looked like a problem before it even reached me. I’d be hesitant to order again unless they improve the packing.

I’m still sitting here days later with no delivery and not a single update. What a bunch of clowns. If there’s a delay, fine, but at least tell me what’s going on.

I thought this looked fine from the photos, so I gave it a chance, but it felt cheap as soon as it arrived. The material is flimsy, a few parts didn’t line up properly, and after barely using it, it was already starting to show wear. I kept trying to be patient with it and convince myself it would be okay, but that just got annoying after a while. For the price, I expected a lot better. I wouldn’t buy from haodirect.co.uk again.

I did get the replacement in the end, but it took way longer than I expected. Was kinda frustrating waiting around for it, but at least it finally showed up.

I was looking through the site, but the product descriptions felt really vague. Like, I couldn’t quite tell what was actually included or what I’d be getting... It just doesn’t give enough detail. I don’t think I’d feel comfortable placing an order without more info

It’s comfortable enough for everyday use, so no complaints there. Actually using it was fine too. The setup, though, was a bit more fiddly than I expected, because apparently making things simple would be too generous. Not bad overall, just could definitely be easier.

The site looks fine overall, and I didn’t notice anything that immediately screamed scam or felt seriously wrong. Still, I can’t say I felt completely comfortable ordering from it. The trust factor feels kind of in the middle for me, not awful, but not exactly reassuring either. I’d feel a lot better if there were clearer details and more information upfront
